2. Start a new thread at New Recruit Welcome Center and introduce you, your nation, and it's citizens to NATO. Finish up your introduction post with the following information:

3. If you can't find your welcome thread after your name turns pink, please look for it at Cadet University. Or you can press <Ctrl+D> to bookmark your application thread
4. Interact with your trainer on the forums and/or via in-game pms. Get to know NATO's rulers!
5. While waiting for contact from your trainer start studying on how to build your nation, please take a look at CyberNation Nation Building Guide on CN forum.
As part or your cadet lessons, you will learn what NATO considers acceptable use of the CyberNations war system. DO NOT start any new wars until you have completed the Cadet training program, and fully understand our Rules of Engagement (RoE).

What we expect:
- You to answer the call of duty during wars (be it through fighting or aiding) all members must answer the call.
- Report in periodically to the forums... let us know you are alive
- You will sell tech to NATO nations and work to build your nation efficiently.
- Treat your fellow NATO members with the same respect they should be showing you.
- Represent NATO honorably when around nations from other alliances (on the OWF, IRC, or wherever)
- Have fun, vote in elections, and voice your opinions
