It is hereafter resolved that neither signatory shall make intentional efforts to undermine or compromise the sovereign right of the other to make autonomous decisions, nor shall either signatory intentionally act in such a manner as to compromise the interests, security or well-being of the other. The signatories also pledge to share information which could affect the application of this agreement, as well as any information which is relevant to the security and well-being of the other.

The signatories agree to work together on matters of economics and military when possible. Should either signatory be attacked except as a result of their own engagement in an ongoing conflict, the other signatory shall be obliged to assist them in any manner possible. Furthermore, the signatories may join one another in acts of aggression at their own discretion.

Should either signatory verifiably violate the provisions of this agreement, it may be immediately voided at the discretion of the other signatory. Should either signatory come to a decision that the continuation of this agreement is no longer in their best interests, this treaty may be concluded 72 hours following the provision of private notice.
