Preamble
The members of Paragon and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization hereby announce a new pact based on the spirit of friendship. This pact is designed to promote safety, growth and instill a deep rooted feeling of trust between these great alliances.
Article 1: Defensive Agreement
NATO hereby recognizes Paragon as a protectorate and will monitor all military actions by and against them.
- 1.1: Attacks made against Paragon will be tried as if it were attacks against NATO and dealt swiftly and with dignity.
1.2: Attacks made by Paragon against 3rd parties will be monitored to make sure treaties are followed.
Article 2: War
Should either alliance be declared war upon it will be considered a war against both alliances and full support will be administered without hesitation nor fail.
- 2.1: If Paragon is declared upon and assistance is requested NATO will provide full support.
2.2: If NATO is attacked and assistance is requested Paragon will provide full support.
Article 3: Fiscal Arrangement
NATO and Paragon will cooperate economically to promote nation growth and prosperity.
- 3.1: NATO recognizes Paragon as a sovereign alliance and allows them to deal tech and arrange their trades freely. Our reason for treaty is not to own and harvest from Paragon but to help them grow, be the trades with or without us. We believe this mutual respect will create an atmosphere that will encourage members of both alliances to deal willingly with each other and limit the amount of boundaries that are to be crossed in the nation building process. This great friendship will be the greatest benefit.
3.2: Members of both alliances may seek aid, if authorized, from either alliance so help promote nation growth and prosperity.
Article 4: Politics
Paragon and NATO will, as all good friends do, meet first and discuss any important political matters before taking any significant actions unless it is imperative for the alliances' well being to do so.
- 4.1: Any war declarations or treaty cancellations will be discussed between the alliances in an honest and respectful manner.
4.2: Military treaties made by Paragon will be first discussed with and approved by NATO in order to sort out any issues either alliances have.
Article 5: Friendship
This partnership is aimed at sharing knowledge and resources to help one another grow.
- 5.1: Both alliances will respect each other's nations and their boundaries. Any conflicts, should any arise, will be resolved completely and discreetly
5.2: Both alliances will report any actions they are alerted to that may affect the other in a harmful manner.
5.3: Both alliances will continue to work together in a manner of mutual respect and maintain the goals set forth by the signers of this pact.
Article 6: Cancellation
If love is not love do not force it.
- 6.1: Should at any time leaders of either alliance find this pact no longer necessary or beneficial to their alliance they may terminate after 5 days time with confirmed notice.

The Half-Cocked Accords mark II - A .50 Caliber Upgrade
Preamble:
All parties involved in this treaty are to remain sovereign and separate, and shall not be governed by the other party. This treaty acts to bind the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and the Global United Nations in a state of mutual military and fiscal aid.
ARTICLE I: Non-Aggression and Espionage
Both signatories agree not to attack, or commit any actions of espionage on the other party. Such actions are regarded as a breach of this treaty. If either alliance bound to this pact conducts espionage on a non-signing alliance and comes under attack as a result, the mandatory defense is then considered optional defense.
ARTICLE II: Intelligence
Both signatories agree to share all relevant information of worth. It is agreed that this information shall not be falsified, or changed in any way, to mislead the other party. Such falsifications shall be regarded as a breach of the treaty.
Article III: Mutual Defense
Any declaration of war upon a member of either signatory is considered an act of aggression to the undersigned signatories. Peace will only be offered through mutual consent of the alliances represented by the undersigned. Diplomatic channels will remain open to ensure that all signatories are aware of any potential threats developing to either alliances' safety. In the event either signatory declares war via activation of a clause from another treaty, and therefore requests the other signatory's assistance after coming under attack, the mandatory defense is then considered optional defense.
Article IV: Optional Aggression
Neither alliance is obliged to partake in assistance in offensive wars, all military or monetary support is strictly to be decided by each sovereign alliance, yet both are encourage to support each other when needed.
Article V: Aid
Both signatories shall agree that they will endeavor to contribute financial aid to the other party. Such aid must be within the limits of reality, and not without reason. Such requests for financial aid shall be placed in the other party's embassy and the leader shall have to acknowledge the aid request. An acceptable reason must be stated, or the requested aid will not be given. Also, aid requests may be rejected, though the other party must have a valid reason. Any aid requests made under false pretense shall be viewed as a breach of this treaty.
Article VI: Termination
This treaty shall only be terminated if either undersigned alliance chooses to exit this treaty or if Article I is found to be violated by a member alliance. If one of the undersigned chooses to terminate this pact, they must give 48 hours notice before the treaty is officially dissolved in which they remain fully bonded to the provisions contained therein.

Blunity Accords
The Blunity Accords is an economic bloc residing on the Blue Sphere. Its goals are to maintain and promote Blue Sphere interactions in order to form a more perfect bond economically.
I. Admission
A. Entry to BLUNITY is open to any alliances with 75% of its nations residing on the Blue Sphere.
B. A 3/4 majority vote is required in the acceptance of new members.
C. Each applicant member will be informed of their answer in 72 hours or less.
II. Trade
The undersigned agree to maintain a cooperative trade sphere.
A. Signatories will collaborate towards the formation of trade circles on the BLUNITY forums.
B. No signatory will enact a trade embargo against another signatory.
C. Signatories will give at least 5 days notice to the other signatories should they intend to change spheres.
III. Commerce
The undersigned are encouraged to organize tech deals preferentially with other BLUNITY alliances.
A. Signatories agree to maintain and manage a tech deal section on the BLUNITY forums.
B. Signatories are encouraged to orchestrate aiding programs for whatever purpose with other alliances as a sign of friendship
IV. Amendments
The undersigned may amend the treaty if they so choose.
A. Amendments to BLUNITY require the unanimous approval of all BLUNITY signatories to pass.
V. Withdrawal
Signatories may withdraw from this treaty at any time without stating a reason.
A. Private notice of 72 hours is required during which time the undersigned remain bound by this treaty.
B. Public notice may not be given until after the 72 hours have elapsed.
C. No alliance may be forcibly expelled from BLUNITY unless they no longer meet the 75% member requirement for the Blue Team or if they violate the terms laid out by this document.

Pactum de Legio Atlanticum
Preamble
The Legion and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization hereby recognize that they share common interests in the preservation of peace and in the prosperity of Planet Bob as a whole. The two alliances remain sovereign entities and wish to formalize their current state of friendship with this treaty.

The FEAR in the heart of NATO
Article 4: Sovereignty
With the signing of this treaty, it is to be known that both signatories shall remain sovereign alliances and in no way will impede the governing of the other alliance.
Article 8: Nonaggression
No member nation of either alliance will declare war on any member nation of the other, provide aid, be it military, money, technology, or knowledge, to enemies of the other, or commit acts of espionage against the other. Actions such as those described here shall be considered a breach of this treaty
Article 15: Friendship
The signatory alliances and their members will treat each other with as much respect and decency as they would show one of their own members. Healthy debate and discussion as well as constructive criticism are not restricted, but alliance members are expected to show tact and consideration by going through the proper channels when addressing a concern. From time to time both alliances are encouraged to inform the other about the best places to go to congregate with attractive friendship prospects.
Article 16: Aid
Should one signatory alliance become in need of monetary assistance, it should be expected that the other signatory alliance will be willing to contribute to help meet the demands of said alliance within reason. Requests should be made through proper channels so coordination can begin as soon as possible.
Article 23: Intelligence
Both signatories agree to share any knowledge that could prove beneficial to the other alliance. This should be done in a timely manner and through proper channels.
Article 42: Withdrawal
If either signatory alliance feels that this treaty has been unjustly violated and diplomatic negotiations have not offered any sort of resolution, they have the right to withdraw from the treaty by the express will of their respective decision making bodies. Notification of withdrawal must be given to the other signatory within forty-eight hours. Should this treaty be revoked by either alliance, a 48 hour grace period begins in which neither alliance may declare war on the other, after which no such rules apply.
