Cookies are nomed deleted, and I've logged out and in, but I still can't see it :S
I see the NATO-ween forum, the applicant/diplomat entry and resignation forums, the Spam marketplace and NNC forums, and then the treaties forum in the Diplomatic district, but thats it.
