I apologize for the tardiness of my response as I am the one responsible for creating embassies. Thank you for apologizing ahead of time as simply asking us, or perhaps a gentle reminder would have sufficed, instead of insulting tone. Please allow me to explain why your service was not up to your standards.
During the week, I was out of town attending the funeral of a family member and had no access to a computer. This couple with working nights for 12 hours all weekend, has left me no time until now.
Again, I apologize for the delay, and I accept your apology for hastily questioning NATO's integrity.
